Our responsibility to you does not end with offer acceptance or on the new hire’s first day. We stay in contact with you and your new employee to ensure a smooth transition and your total satisfaction.
Once a decision has been made, we can assist with job offers to successful candidates and debriefing unsuccessful applicants. We will then liaise with both sides to negotiate the offer to a positive conclusion. While we are retained to provide you with a motivated and productive candidate for your organization, we want the candidate to join you knowing he/she has been treated with fairness and integrity.
